Custom table tennis rackets?

I've been playing table tennis for 3 years now. I play reasonably well and usually on the offensive with speed and spin being important. I'm loking for a custom bat. What would be good blades and rubbers for it? which brands are better? TSP? Nittaku? JUIC? Butterfly? Stiga? and which rubber from that brand? I managed to save up some pocket money so price isn't a concern.
